How can this happen?
This is normally as a result of an item being allocated to "Recurring (Memorized) Transactions". Where an item is saved to a recurring transaction in QBO, then a price or some item details change (from ConnectWise) will trigger this warning.
Solution
There are two options to resolve this.
- Remove the item from Recurring Transactions in QBO
- Rename the Products in ConnectWise or in QBO, so a new item with a different ID will be created.
