Business Validation Error: Do you also want to update memorized sales transactions to use the new values?

How can this happen?

This is normally as a result of an item being allocated to "Recurring (Memorized) Transactions". Where an item is saved to a recurring transaction in QBO, then a price or some item details change (from ConnectWise) will trigger this warning.


There are two options to resolve this.

  1. Remove the item from Recurring Transactions in QBO
  2. Rename the Products in ConnectWise or in QBO, so a new item with a different ID will be created.
