How can this happen?
The error can occur when the maximum transaction limit in Payrix is less than the maximum transaction limit in Wise-Pay. The error can occur for both Payers and Merchants processing payments on behalf of payers.
- Work out what your maximum limit needs be.
- If you need to request for limit increase, contact Payrix AU and NZ (email@example.com) or US (firstname.lastname@example.org)
