How can this happen?

The error can occur when the maximum transaction limit in Payrix is less than the maximum transaction limit in Wise-Pay. The error can occur for both Payers and Merchants processing payments on behalf of payers.

Solution

    1. Work out what your maximum limit needs be.
    2. If you need to request for limit increase, contact Payrix AU and NZ (admin@payrix.com.au) or US (support@integrapay.com)
