Status
Resolved: The issue has been fixed and released in patches 56744-56760.
On Premise partners need to update to the latest version of 2018.5.
We have asked ConnectWise whether partners need to re-open closed and unposted Purchase orders.
Version Affected
ConnectWise Manage Version v2018.5.
This will affect all cloud partners and any on-premise partners that have upgraded to this version.
On-premise partners that have not upgraded to 2018.5, we recommend holding off upgrading until this issue is resolved.
Issue
Purchase Order lines are posting as "Tax Exempt" rather than Taxable as defined on the Product Item after upgrading to ConnectWise Manage v2015.8.
This will result in the Items being posted as the defined "Tax Exempt" as set in Wise-Sync.
A warning will be displayed when syncing procurement
When Tax Compliance Set to Warning: An item in this batch is marked as non taxable. |
When Tax Compliance Set to Halt: An item in this batch is marked as non taxable. - Refer to Item: '{ItemCode}'. If this is non taxable item please add item code to the Non Taxable Items list in your company config. |
How do we know?
When compared to a similar PO Sync from v2018.4, items show as Taxable "Y"
as opposed to "N" when synced after the update to v2018.5
