We've pushed out a patch correcting an inefficient database query returning Datto Autotask PSA sync results, resulting in severe performance degradation for all customers if not handled.

We're now providing support for ConnectWise Beta Partners that have been upgraded to v2020.3.
Improved Service Date Handling - Service Date Formatting
We've made improvements to our Service Date Handling feature for both Xero and Quickbooks Online. We're providing you greater control over the format of the service date if you're choosing to sync it across to your invoice line description. In your Wise-Sync Company settings, navigate to Invoice Options to configure Service Date Handling for your Accounting Package.
- In some cases, special/illegal characters were being included in the phone number in ConnectWise invoices. This was causing the sync to throw a hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character error. We've added handling for wierd characters.
- During invoice sync, if there were multiple lines for the same product where its Product ID contained a '&' a Inventory Item with 'Code' provided is already in use would occur. We're handling this case now.
- There was a typo corrected in Wise-Pay Account Plans tab.
- Further iterations to our new sign up flow.
