We experienced an unexpected outage in our production environment (https://secure2.wise-sync.com) this morning at 9:45 - 10:05 am EST.
Users were not able to access the web facing Wise-Sync and Wise-Pay applications during this time.
What are we doing about it?
We were able to identify the one-off issue and correct. Users are now able to access and use Wise-Sync with no issues.
