Wise-Sync Hotfix - 21 August 2020
We have dropped a couple of quick fixes into the release:
- For QBO customers using pre-payments and credits to settle their outstanding invoices, the QBO Payment Sync process has been sped up.
- Made an update to the Sync Statistics tab to reflect the correct Monthly Invoice Allowance.
Wise-Sync General Release - 17 August 2020
This release welcomes a couple of enhancements to Invoicing syncs, and fixes to some long-standing bugs.
ConnectWise Sync Error Message Improvements
Non-Product ID
The error message displayed for this type of error made it very unclear as to what the actual issue was. Now, for customers doing an Invoice sync from ConnectWise, when the invoice contains a missing Non-Product ID, the error message displayed will be clear and will also contain a link to the KB article.
Sales Account Number
The error message displayed for this type of error made it very unclear as to what the actual issue was. Now, for customers doing an Invoice sync from ConnectWise, when the invoice contains a missing Sales Account Number, the error message displayed will be clear and will also contain a link to the KB article.
Ability to display Autotask Subscription lines on an Invoice
For Autotask customers who have subscription lines in their invoice, we are providing you with more control around how these are displayed in the Accounting Package. We have now added Subscription Name and Subscription Expiration Date as Invoice Description line item options, as well as including Subscriptions to the ‘Milestone/Service/Cost Description’ option.
Other Updates
- Further iterations to the new Sign-Up Flow
- Updated the Sync Statistics to include the current Billing Period Invoice Sync count and the Plan's monthly invoice limit
- Updated the In-App over sync limit message
Upcoming Releases
- Due to an Australian Tax Office security requirement, we will be implementing mandatory 2FA for all Australian accounts, their Users and Payers
