How can this happen?
The current Wise-Sync subscription plan for your Account does not support the Inventory Sync feature.
Solution
- If you wish to have this feature, upgrade your plan to Sync Master for ConnectWise or Mr. Miyagi which will enable you to sync inventory
- If not, you may just remove the record by creating a manual batch. Please refer to this article for the steps FAQ - How do I create a Manual Batch?
