This error can be quite long & may have occured due to a apostrophe being added into a Company Name in ConnectWise.

Information you'll need..
1. The company name from relevant invoice/purchase order in ConnectWise that has caused the error.
Steps to take
From the Company details screen in ConnectWise follow these steps:
1.1 Search for the Company that has caused the error.
1.2 Delete out any apostrophe's from the Company Name. Either leave out the apostrophe all together or you can use a space instead
Save your changes
2.1 Try the sync again.
