(Resolved) Known Issue: "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error on Invoice Sync

Issue

As a result of a recent update, GL Batch already exists for xxxxx responses that came from ConnectWise were not being handled correctly and were being displayed as a Object reference not set to an instance of an object on the sync screen. Also, this handling blocked any other invoice from syncing.

What have we done about it

We investigated the issue as a matter of priority and have dropped a silent release to production to allow customers to sync their invoices.

What you need to do

If you received this error, please re-run your sync. Expect a batch in that sync to display the error GL Batch already exists for xxxxx.

Follow the steps outlined in A GLBatch already exists for (Invoice) to resolve the error.
