Anyone using Wise-Sync from the ConnectWise Interface (via a quicklink)
An issue with a recent release has caused Quicklinks to stop working.
What are we doing about it?
We are looking into a solution for this problem as a matter of priority.
How do we know it's an issue?
You may receive a message to indicate that your access is unauthorised. Alternatively, you may see this:
Open your web browser (e.g. Chrome) and navigate to https://secure2.wise-sync.com (copy and paste the URL into the address bar) to login to Wise-Sync outside of the ConnectWise interface.
