How to get help & support using Wise-Sync

If you ever get stuck or need to find the answer to a syncing question, Wise-Sync offers its active customers access to our Knowledge Base articles. We also provide free email support when you just can't quite find what you are looking for.
If you need some 1:1 time to get back up and syncing, we also offer paid Consulting Services.
To contact Support, simply log a support request & the Wise-Sync team will get back to you!

  1. To access our Help and Support widget, simply click on the 'Help' icon located in the lower right hand side of the screen:

  2. You will then be presented with the below screen where you are able to search our Knowledge Base:

  3. If you can't find what you need, you can contact Support by clicking 'Contact Us' located at the bottom of the Help widget. Simply complete all the required fields, and click 'Send'.
    Adding screen shots to your query greatly assists our team's understanding of your issue/s and will help speed up a resolution.
