How to get help & support using Wise-Sync

How to access Sync-Wise help & support.

Wise-Sync offers its active customers free email support. Consulting services are also available. To contact support by email you simply log a support request & the Wise-Sync team will get back to you!

Simply click on the Feedback & Support button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen:

You will be presented with the below screen.

Here you can browse the Knowledge Base on the left hand side which contains articles for step by step answers with images, 

You can also start to type your question into the Message Subject of a Support ticket & an answer article relating to that problem can appear if there is already an article relating to the query in the system:

Then simply click on the heading of the article you are wishing to view, this will take you to a quick view of the article that you can scroll through.

If you would like to view the article in full, just click on the heading again (the heading on the right hand side in the above image)

Alternatively you can contact support by logging a ticket. Simply fill in the steps of the below ticket (you can also attach a file if appropriate) & click Send message to get the support team to contact you.
