Error
There is x disconnected connection to your accounting platform. This may be preventing parts of the system from functioning.
How can this happen?
This error occurs when your Wise-Pay account gets disconnected from your Accounting Package.
Solution
- Click the "View Connections" button in the 'Disconnected Accounting System' warning message
- For Xero users, click on the Connect to this Xero application icon for the affected connection/s.
Continue with steps 2-5 below. - For QBO Online users, click on the Connect to this QBO application icon for the affected connection/s.
Continue with steps 2-5 below. - For WisePay for PSA users, check your ConnectWise PSA settings in the Configure > Merchants > ConnectWise PSA Settings screen.
Save your changes.
The below steps do not apply.
- For Xero users, click on the Connect to this Xero application icon for the affected connection/s.
- You will be directed to your accounting package.
Login in if you haven't already. - Click on the Company Name.
Note, if you have multiple Companies, select the company you are reconnecting to - Click Connect or Allow Access
- Once back on the Accounting Connections tab in Wise-Pay, you can click on the Verify Access Token icon next to the connection to ensure it's connected successfully
