Configure Wise-Sync User Accounts

Wise-Sync User Accounts need to be created for people that need to use Wise-Sync. Wise-Sync User Accounts are different to a person's PSA and Accounting Package Accounts.

In addition to managing a person's Wise-Sync User Account details, store their ConnectWise/Autotask credentials so they can sync transactions. During the onboarding process, the person can hook up their Google Account to be able to share files with Wise-Sync.

Note: Before you can create new users, make sure you have configured your Wise-Sync Account and hooked up your Accounting Package Company/ies.

How do I get there?

To configure Wise-Pay User Accounts, click Users from the top Menu. A list of users will be displayed.

Note: If you can't see this option, you don't have permission to maintain users. Contact your Account Administrator.

What do I do?

Important to note:

Your browser or a browser extension (e.g. LastPass or another kind of password manager) may try to pre-fill password fields when you are creating/editing a user.

If you find that your updates to the user are not saving properly, with the message Passwords must be at least 6 characters long, please make sure that your browser/browser extensions are not trying to prefill these fields.
