FAQ - How to edit a ConnectWise Security Role

These steps are performed in ConnectWise.

Establish the Security Role you need to update

Find the member and establish the role you need to update.

How do I get there?

Go to System > Members.

What next?

  1. Locate the member that will be syncing transactions in Wise-Sync.
  2. Note the Role ID they are assigned to.

Update the Security Role

Find the role and update its permissions.

How do I get there?

Go to System > Security Roles.

What next?

  1. Locate and select the role you need to update.
  2. Locate the module and permission and update as needed.
  3. Click Save.
