Wise-Sync User Accounts need to be created for people that need to use Wise-Sync. Wise-Sync User Accounts are different to a person's PSA and Accounting Package Accounts. You can manage your Wise-Sync User Account details, store your ConnectWise/Autotask credentials so they can sync transactions. During the onboarding process, the user can connect their Google Account to be able to share files with Wise-Sync.
Note:
Before you can create new users, make sure you have configured your Wise-Sync Account.
How do I get there?
To configure Wise-Pay User Accounts, click Users from the top Menu. A list of users will be displayed.
Note: If you can't see this option, you don't have permission to maintain users. Contact your Account Administrator.
What do I do?
To Create New Wise-Sync User Account
From the list of users, click Create New User.

Role Name | Select the role to assign to the user. Choose from the following options:

Companies | This option will only appear for those assigned to the user role. The company/ies selected will give that user the ability to sync transactions for them. Users assigned to the account-admin role will be allocated to all companies automatically. |
Email Address | Enter the user's email address. The email address needs to be unique to that person, as it will become their username for Wise-Sync. |
Username | Uneditable. Defaults to the email address entered. |
Password & Confirm Password | Create a password for the new user. |
ConnectWise: Member ID (ConnectWise customers only) | Leave this section blank |
ConnectWise: Member password & Confirm Member Password (ConnectWise customers only) | Leave this section blank |
To Edit an Existing Wise-Sync User Account
From the list of users, click the Username from the Username column.

To Disable a Wise-Pay User Account
From the list of users, click the Username from the Username column.

Click Disable Account
Warning: Disabling a Wise-Sync User assigned to a Wise-Pay Proxy
If you wish to disable a Wise-Sync user, you can do this by navigating to 'Users', click on the relevant username, then clicking on the 'Disable Account' button at the bottom of the screen.
In the instance where a Wise-Sync user has been disabled and this user is also assigned to a Wise-Pay Proxy/PayNow Link/Email Link, the Wise-Pay Proxy/PayNow Link/Email Link will be made inactive. This means, your customers will be unable to use that proxy. A new proxy will need to be configured. For more information on how to configure a new Wise-Pay proxy refer to Payment Services, alternatively contact support to re-allocate the proxy.
