Set up Wise-Sync Users (ConnectWise)

Wise-Sync User Accounts need to be created for people that need to use Wise-Sync. Wise-Sync User Accounts are different to a person's PSA and Accounting Package Accounts. During the onboarding process, the user can connect their Google Account to be able to share files with Wise-Sync.
