FAQ: How do I Connect a Google Drive in Wise-Sync?

To Connect a Google Account for a Wise-Sync User.

Log into Wise-Sync, you will see this screen  Click on Users towards the top right hand corner of the screen.


The Users for your company will be displayed, click on your username to select yourself from the list.  

On the Google Account tab you will be able to Connect your Google Account. We can use this shared Google Drive folder to share files with you, including recordings of sessions with your Wise-Sync Customer Success Manager.  

Respond to the ticket or email your Customer Success Manager to advise them that we can now securely share documents for onboarding or consulting with you!
