Delete a Payer

As a Merchant Administrator, you can delete an existing payer in Wise-Pay. 

Here's how to do it:

  1. Click Payer Admin 
  2. For the desired payer record, select More > Delete
    Wise-Pay displays a popup to confirm the deletion.
  3. Click OK

Refer to the table below to check whether a payer can be deleted in Wise-Pay:

Payer Can be Deleted YES/NO

Payer with Automatic Payment Mapping
Payer with Saved Credit Card


Payer with Saved Bank Details
Payer with Scheduled Payment Transaction
Payer with Automatic Payment Transaction
Note: You cannot delete a Payer with existing transaction in the Automatic Payments Widget in Wise-Pay
