How can this happen?
This message indicates that Wise-Pay has lost connection with your Accounting Package. You will need to reestablish your connection:
To reconnect your Xero company, follow these steps:
- In Wise-Pay click Configure > Accounting Connections
- Click the blue button with the two arrows: Connect to this Xero application
- Connect Wise-Pay to your Accounting Package
