There are a few different ways to pay an Invoice when you are logged into the Wise-Pay Portal:
- Pay Now: Enables you to make a payment through a new or saved credit card.
- Schedule: Enables you to make a payment through a saved bank account.
- Batch Pay Now: Enables you to pay multiple invoices in a batch.
- Automatic Payments: When configured by your merchant, the payments can be automatically taken by the merchants using your auto-pay settings. See How to Configure Auto-Pay.
This method only allows you to pay through credit card. If you have not configured credit card details, see How To Configure My Wise-Pay Account.
Here's how to do it:
- Log in to Wise-Pay.
In the Outstanding Payments pod look for Outstanding invoices
For the desired invoice, select Actions > Pay Now by Credit Card.
- You can use the Payment Options section to use an existing credit card or to add a new card.
Enter the Amount to Pay. You can either pay the full amount or partial amount. Wise-Pay will adjust the transaction with the outstanding payment.
- Click Continue to view the Review Your Payment.
- Review the payment and the credit card charge applicable on the payment.
- Click I agree to the terms to view the Terms & Conditions.
- Click Accept to accept the conditions.
Click Submit. Do not refresh or close the browser while the payment is being processed.
Wise-Pay displays the Payment Successful page with transaction details. In the case of any error in payment processing, a notification is displayed indicating the error type and helpful information.
Note:
A Wise-Pay merchant can also take payment for an issued invoice on behalf of a payer, using the payer's bank account or credit cards. The payments taken by merchants are reflected in the payer's Wise-Pay accounts. A payer will not be able to pay an invoice for which the merchant has already taken a payment.
This method allows you to pay only through bank transfer. If you have not configured bank account details, see How To Configure My Wise-Pay Account.
